Store Content Won't Download to Launcher

I recently updated my game to the 1.55 patch, and now that I've done that, nothing from the store will download to my launcher!

When I'm in thesims3.com store, I go to my 'Purchase History' and whenever I try to download something, it opens the Launcher, but nothing pops up after that. It just opens Launcher and doesn't start a download box.

I've checked my firewall multiple times, disabled it, and disabled my anti-virus program. I've cleared all cache folders, and all my programs are up to date. 

Whenever I try to use the in-game store to download my files, it always pops up with the message 'unable to connect to server' even though I'm logged in on the Launcher.

At this point I'm getting hopeless because nothing seems to be working, so I appreciate any help!

  • Contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
