STUCK ON CONNECTING!!!

Getting stuck on "connecting" and can't seem to find a true fix.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, used the reset tool, cleared cache, changed settings, connected to other internets, changed my password, all under the advisement of others and I still get this problem.

I've fixed it a few times but it always comes back and it seems like each time it does, what fixed it previously won't work again.

Super frustrating!!
