Stuff packs bought, installed but not showing in game launcher to select
Hello, I bought my stuff packs for the sims 3 a while ago, and they're not showing up in the game launcher. It shows on the EA app that I have them owned and installed but they do not show up in gam...

Were you previously playing on a Mac? It sounds like you may need the PC versions of these packs added to your account- this isn't something we can do over AHQ as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can take a look and be sure the correct versions are available for you.
Please reach out to live support from the site here. I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.
