Sunlit Tides Just Won't Download (The Sims 3)
I have cleared the cache on both my browser and the launcher, does not work.
I have repaired the game files and the EA App, does not work.
I also put the game folder on my desktop, does not work.
I did have problems with my other content but the issue has been solved by doing the stuff listed above. Sunlit Tides seems to be the issue here. The error message I keep getting is "There was an error Downloading Content Sunlit Tides" I contacted customer support and they said to post on here.
I checked the launcher log file and it says: 2022/11/12|02:11:08|OFB-SIM3:55556|Store Download Failure. CRC Error. Likely file got corrupted in transit.||||Build Version: 1.69.43.024017|Platform: PC|Locale: en_US|Content URL: http://store.thesims3.com|Web Services URL: http://igs.thesims3.com|
I do not know how to fix this, I'm feeling pretty upset that my money is being wasted.
@phinioxflare456 Try downloading Sunlit Tides from either your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or the product page, whichever you have NOT been using. Here's the page for ST:

If that doesn't help, can you try downloading over a different network, for example using your phone as a mobile hotspot?
Additionally, do you own the standard version of ST or the gold version, and if gold, can you download the standard version instead? The extra content from the gold version is just the Serenity Retreat venue and its accompanying items, and this can be installed separately.
