I have noticed several things during gameplay that appear to be bugs or errors with coding for objects.
1. Butler becomes a zombie, when cured reverts to butler status, but later disappears. Hiring a butler again results in same NPC Butler arriving.
2. If accessible to them, the butler only seems to want to clean the beehive. Even with other obvious "messes" on the lot such as dirty dishes and laundry both in baskets and on the floor. The action will repeat indefinitely until butler has to attend his own needs.
3. Learning all Alchemy recipes completes Lifetime Wish "Culinary Librarian". Sim had cooking skill at the time but not maxed.
4. Using "Mix Elixir" interaction on Alchemy Table will occasionally fail, clearing action queue. Attempts to Mix Elixir after that fail (sim goes to alchemy lab but the action drops). When the fail occurs, unable to mix elixir on home lot or community lot with Alchemy Lab. Resolves after some time, though I have not been able to figure out what triggers the fail or the resolution.
The questions:
1. Are you using any Custom Content or mods ?
No. Clean install with only Store items.
2. If you are using mods, are you using any of the 'big ones' like Awesome Mod or Twallan’s mods? N/A
3. If you're not using mod, did you never use them or did you take them out for the EP (as you are supposed to do?)
The only mods used in the past were the one to turn off memories, but that has been removed.
4. Did you update the mods you put back with a compatible version ?
N/A the mods were removed, clean game full reinstall
5. Do you have Supernatural or just the Patch ?
I have the Supernatural EP, all other EPs and all SPs excluding Sweet Treats.
6. Which Patch Level are you at ?
7. Did you start a new game for Supernatural or are you playing an existing ones ?
This is a new game.
8. What town are you currently playing ? EA or Custom ?
I'm playing in Moonlit Falls.
9. What is your Operating System (Mac, XP, Vista, Win 7)
Windows 7
10. Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game.
I purchased the hard copy of the game, registered, and downloaded (so I don't have to deal with the disc each time)
I hope I got all of this right. Please let me know if you have any questions on any of this.
