I didn't get to play as heavily as I would have liked tonight, but I did encounter some bugs that I think needs to be addressed.

I found out what trigger's this bug in my game. The "Looping Wish Roll" only happens if all four Promised Wishes Spots are filled with a wish. If you promise three out of the four spots, then cancelling works as normal. If all four are filled, then any rolled wish has the potential to pop back up. It becomes weirder if you roll multiple wishes at the same time and attempt to cancel them all out. Sometimes my game would allow me to clear out the two or three wishes that would roll. Other times, my game would keep popping back the last wish that I cancelled in that batch, essentially making sure that there is always one wish in that box even after cancelling the batch before it.

A related bug that I encountered with the Alchemy Consignment was reported in another thread that I lost. Basically, the register won't let you sell/consign items if you already have items under consignment. I'm not sure if this affected the Ambitions version of the same system or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.
This bug can be fixed if you either cancel the existing consignment or wait until those items are sold before attempting to sell/consign any more potions or items to the shop.
