1. Looks ok. They could check for new drivers. Looks like it's just a chip but it has a 1 GB of dedicated memory, so should be fine.
Sounds like either a mod or a save game corruption issue. Have them try a new game to see if they have the same issue
2. Also check for new drivers. Does also have 1 GB of dedicated memory so chip should be fine (but then again, don't know that much about chips). Try DEP and Factory Reset.

Skiing was nice but VERY cold. I'll go swimming now with the little one. Be back after dinner.
