I'm not that active in Answer HQ as I would want, my engineers, QA and other producers keep me away but I try to pop in once in a while.
Indeed a lot of the issues seem basic, and for the nature of the platform (the stack overflow model) it seems like it could be beneficial for the tech issues (at least the common ones) and it is hard to keep track because the flow and speed between creation and responses it is very fast. Maybe it is something we can get used to? who knows. And Crinrict I don't think you are doing something for nothing, I personally value your contribution. I know I'm just a web prod but I try to educate people that your work matters, everybody's help matters. You and all the people who help is what makes this a community.
I'm not sure still who is there. Like I said lately my time is even more limited.
Hoping I can get more time to help more, that is for sure.
