I'm going to try to duplicate it myself as well-- several reports are coming in that things like swimming and eating snowcones, etc, aren't working to cool sims down. There's a whole thread over in the Island Paradise forum that I fortunately stumbled upon. I usually only check the Technical Discussions or the Possible Bugs forum for these kinds of issues, but I noticed the thread while looking for sneak peaks about Island Paradise, and I saw it was referenced in a post in crinrict's Seasons bug thread as well.
And I'm surviving. I felt better for another week and a half, I started my internship for college this week, and today I woke up with a sore throat and plugged ears again. I can't miss any of my internship, but I'm pretty sure I'm either insanely unlucky or I did indeed get mono and that's why it's recurring. No fever or nausea though, so I'll take what I can get!
