The add-on has disappeared

Hi, I have a problem...I bought a CD key from a website for The Sims 3 Seasons. (I have done this with three other add-ons from the same website and it worked). I clicked Redeem code, then I added the code and clicked confirm (it was accepted) and then clicked Download and then... nothing happened. 

I tried to add the code again, but it keeps telling me that the code has already been redeemed...but I can't find the add-on anywhere. What should I do?

    I'm currently in the same situation as you too. I got the base game from CD keys today and it also did the same thing for you - i have submitted a ticket to CD keys about it, and they are still trying to workout what to do.

    Update: It is now showing in my libary through the EA app. It just appeared so I would suggest searching it through EA app store the pack and see it says you own it. 

    I think they have been having major issues (EA) the last 24 hours.

    For any issues with packs purchased through a third-party retailer like CDKeys, you'd need to contact that retailer directly for a replacement code or refund.
