The axe on the

@anthonysauntie  Is this Pangu's Axe?  I believe you're only supposed to have one per save, so even if that one disappears, the tomb won't spawn a new one.  Of course, it's also possible that the tomb itself is being a bit glitchy.

But you can place a new one on the wall, if you need to.  Open the cheats console (crtl-shift-c) and enter "testingcheats enabled true" without quotes.  Then open the cheats console again and enter "buydebug on" without quotes.  Go into Buy mode/ sort by function and click on the ? to see the buydebug items.  You can place an axe on the wall in the tomb, but it will likely disappear when you reenter live mode.  So while still in buy mode, hold crtl-shift and click on the axe.  (I believe that's the correct combination.)  You should see an option to reset the axe.  Do so, and it should still show up in live mode.

When you've collected the axe, be sure to enter "buydebug off" and "testingcheatsenabled false" in the cheats console; leaving those cheats on can glitch your game or prevent you from saving properly.
