@sandimh84 Store content does need to be redownloaded and reinstalled, unfortunately. This is a limitation of the App and how it works with Sims 3. I wouldn't worry about the EA App not knowing what you do and don't own; what matters is the Store site itself.
If and when you have time to reinstall your Store content, do so in a clean user folder, then make sure the content all works. It's best to install the files a few at a time, and worlds on their own—the launcher doesn't handle large amounts of data very well.
Once your Store content is installed and loading, you can move over your save and hopefully pick up where you left off. Let me know if the save itself doesn't load, or a new save doesn't load, or you get any kind of crashing.
