@uxhoj7qawagm What time of day are you seeing this issue? I'm wondering if one of the pregnant sims is getting a job (or somehow already has one) and doesn't have maternity leave. When this happens, the sim tries and fails to spin into her work outfit because it's not valid for pregnant sims, and the game can bog down or crash. You'd have some idea of which career from the time of the crash, which would likely be an hour before the work hours of the sim in question.
If you want to do your own experimenting, you can use a mod, NRaas MasterController to be exact, to give all sims a day off from work. Click on City Hall and select:
NRaas > MC > Sim > Intermediate > Career > Days Off
Select all YA and A females, or find only the pregnant ones on the list, and select 1 for days off, which will give them all a paid day off. If it helps, that's the issue, although sims that get a new job after you run this command won't be affected, so make sure to run it only a few hours before the usual crash.
If this doesn't make a difference, let me know what mods you use, if any; and if you use cc, whether removing all of it helps. Please also let me know what time of day the crashes happen, if there's any pattern at all.
