The Sims 3 - Hidden Springs Installation Failure
Cannot get Hdden Springs to install ... no matter what I do ... who has a full proof way of installing this game?

If you got it off origin and used credit card and it didn't work try making a paypal (if you already have one then don't bother making one) and using that, that happened to me when I was using a master card gift card
Do you get an error message ? Did you download it ?
