So today, I have bought The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle which include the Hidden Springs and Monte Vista worlds. I downloaded Hidden Springs, put in the code, it worked fine. I downloaded Monte Vista, put in the code, but it said that the code has already been used. I tried many times, but still the same answer. Does anybody know if I just have a used code bought, or something happend? Its obviously a new one, and not preowned.

I went to see at Sims 3 Monte Vista but it doesn't exist anymore ...?
@Madisonana Did you check to see if MV is in the thesims3.com purchase history?
Yes and it isn't even there...Hidden Valley is there but not MonteVista....

@Madisonana Origin user accounts can not be accessed here in these forums. For this issue to be researched you will have to contact EA customer service - link - EA customer service As I am not familiar with the bundles I don't know if you need a code for each world or just one code to activate both world's. Customer service should be able to resolve this issue.
