The Sims 3 & University Life : Language support

I installed the sims 3 and the university life expansion pack yesterday. As soon as I started to installed, I figured out there's no traditional chinese language option as an option. Does anyone know how can I install the language I want for the game? I rememebered the sims 3 does support traditional chinese though. Thanks!
