The sims 3 64-bit and metal realese game errors

Hello! So I have finally after some time - got to install the new sims 3 upgraded version for Mac. I have played it on both early 2015 MacBook Pro and 2020 MacBook Pro. I couldn't get the sims 3 on...

Thanks for answering. 

No it is running only in windowed mode, and I tried to go to settings to fix it but I did not find the "fullscreen" button. 

I tried the cmd-F but did not work either...

Tried every resulotion there is...

@thekve I have the same issues. can’t get the screen in full. it is only 4:3
