The sims 3 70s 80s and 90s stuff pack

Hi i preorded this stuff pack and got an email saying that the payment was successful and that i could download the game from now on, however i've been on origin and it says the game is still unreleased... I've been online but can't find any solutions. can anyone help?

    Which country are you from? The release date varies depending on where you live.

    Very strange. I'm from the UK and downloaded it this morning with no problem. Did your Origin have an update when you loaded it today?

    If you can't get it to show up as downloadable, I would suggest you contact Customer Support.

    Yeah origin had an update, however it says i've successful order it but will not let me download even though its out. :/ very odd
