The Sims 3 70s, 80s and 90s stuff pack

I have received an email saying this product was ready to download a week ago now but I still haven't actually been able to. The game is still listed as unreleased. I have tried logging in and out and refreshing the "My games" section but nothing has happened. I also went into my purchase history but can't seem to download it fromt there either. Any ideas?
