The Sims 3 Account + Origins Account Linking Help

Hello,

i have a problem with my account name on the sims 3 website...

I got my first sims 3 game from a friend of mine who didn't like the game, but he did create his sims account.

so now is my problem that i am stuck with his name instead of mine... i can change anything i want, email password avatar everything

but not the name... as you can see my name on origin is the dark angel.. and on the sims it is rene22... very annoying...

so i bought a new sims 3 thought this would solve my problem.. i logged in with my email adress... and again i couldn't change the name!!

why is that? i just want my name even if it is my first and last name i dont care, but i really would like that to change...
