the sims 3 animal and co disappeared!!

Please I need help and my english isn't so good,

I always playied with the sims 3 Season, Animal and co., Ambitions, supernatural, late night, university, travel adventures

All of them registered on the site of origin.

Now suddenly i can not play with expansion pack Animal and co. On the Launcher don't see but on Origin it's installed.

How can i do?

i don't know, it's old.
It was registered on Origin for years, always worked until now that is disappeared

@simone250694 If you purchased the pack from an unauthorized third party vendor EA is withdrawing these codes under the TOS (terms of service). You can contact EA customer service about the status of the pack(s) - link - EA customer service
