i get a black screen on statrup but no error message i just alt ctrl delete and restart the game, works everytime!

I've tried restarting the game and it NEVER works. I've also tried looking at the computer and begging it to load this game. That never works either (ha ha).
Might be your graphic card has an issue
! At least some if not all of Nvidia's cards with G86 and G84 cores are defective. They they do not handle heat like they should. This includes all GeForce 8400/8500/8600/8700 cards.

Do other games work ok for you ?Well The Sims Medieval usually works pretty well. That's about the only other game I have on the PC.
Edit: I used to play World of Warcraft and was constantly getting screen freezes. When pressed the Windows button it would reduce my color scheme to the lowest possible resolution.
