Try clearing your internet browser history, Use Firefox or IE. If using Safari or Chrome the sims 3 web may give you issue. You register worlds on the sims 3 web by scrolling down to the bottom of the web and redeem code. Do not do this while logged into your launcher, do this logged directly on the web. Log out clear your internet browser history then log back in, run your mouse over the store, run your mouse over my store accout and then click on purchase history. Dowload items from your purchase history your launcer will atomatically open
If you are having trouble getting your origin account to sync with the sims 3 web some say changing your passwrod in origin will kick in the sync.. If that does not work EA may have to reset your account and you would have to contact EA directly for that
