@nessatay2223 (and everyone else in this thread) I've flagged this issue to EA but don't know of anything else to suggest at the moment. It's clearly not universal, which probably makes the issue more difficult to resolve. Hopefully there will be some news soon.

If you're still having troubles with this error after trying the above steps from by @puzzlezaddict, please go ahead and run an EA Error Report following the steps here, and be sure to provide your Report ID in this thread so we can further investigate this issue.
