The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff Key from Humble Bundle

I was redeeming for "The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff Key" from the Humble bundle, but it said I redeemed Sims 3 instead; which I already have. Can you guys fix this??

I can see the stuff pack in your account. Please check your Origin client if you see the icon for the stuff pack there.
