The Sims 3 is freezing and crashing on Create-a-Sim
I'm trying to create a two-sim family, but every time I go to the second sim the game freezes, black spots appear and I have to close the game down. I have been looking for a solution and I have yet to find one. I'm currently trying uninstalling/reinstalling the game but I'm not sure this will work. I need suggestions if this doesn't work.
