I fixed it anyways I just direct the camera somewhere else until the island is fully charted and it works ... :D

Your graphic drivers are from 2007 which makes them 6 years old. Check if there are newer one. Also the sound drivers you have seem to be beta or something cause they are not digitally signed.

Overall my advise is to lower all setting to the minimum or look around for something new.
