The Sims 3 Island Paradise pre-order

I have pre-ordered Island Paradise for the Sims 3, and I read that you get the free stuff pack the moment you pre-order. However, I have waited and waited but I still haven't received the free stuff pack/ Can someone please help me?

    You need to contact Customer Support for this

    The AnswerHQ is about Users helping Users.

    They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us/ask

    Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

    You get the free stuff pack when Island paradise is released you will receive a unique code in a email with that you redeem the stuff pack of your choice, but of course Katy Perry sweet treats and diesel stuff packs are Excluded in this offer it will probably show you which that are available to redeem. 😕mileyhappy:

    Thankyou 🙂 The thing is I went on my email, and copied the right code that they gave me and entered it into the redeem a product on origin, but it said that the code was invalid. :/
