@eleckto01 Try deleting the five cache files in your TS3 game folder in Documents. They should be cleared regularly, even in the absence of game issues. For reference, they are:
- CASPartCache.package
- compositorCache.package
- scriptCache.package
- simCompositorCache.package
- socialCache.package
If that doesn't help, open a new save to see whether the glitch is still there, and let me know. The next step depends on whether this is a save issue or a game folder issue.
@puzzlezaddict looks like its only on that save files i opened another house hold save files but nothing hapenned except for now my pets also go bald everytime i zoom out and got their fur back if i zoom in. I tried to delete the caches but still got the glitch.
@eleckto01 Well, the graphics glitch with pet fur suggests this might be a system issue. It would be helpful if you could run a dxdiag and attach the results to a post here (use the Browse button).

Please also open the deviceconfig file inside your game folder, and copy the first 40 or so lines into a post here. Be sure to delete the user and computer names if they reference your real name, but none of the other info is specific to your system.
