The Sims 3 Member Login
I am having trouble logging in online at thesims3.com and in game. I have changed my passwords multiple times but everytime I use the new password to login it gives me an error message. "In valid email address or password." Is there a problem with the login or what can I do to fix it?

- Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
- Select Platform: PC
- Click Find solution
- Scroll down and click I still need help
- Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
