The Sims 3 new codes from humble origin bundle problem digits

Hi, i get new code The Sims 3 and 2 DLC with 20 digits. So i put key The Sims 3 in my account Origin, and i check in Product code and is i have same code 16 digits. HELP? Edit : I got new code from ...

I added 16 digit code to origin and next 20 digit to thesims3.com and yes I can install the game but I have black screen ;c
