The Sims 3 new codes from humble origin bundle problem digits

Hi, i get new code The Sims 3 and 2 DLC with 20 digits. So i put key The Sims 3 in my account Origin, and i check in Product code and is i have same code 16 digits. HELP? Edit : I got new code from ...

Having same issue. I initially used the HB code on Origin and it gave me a 20 digit  product code that didn't register on the Sims website. I have my new product codes and registered them on the website only. Origin still shows my old codes in game details and the game still refuses to launch. I have reinstalled and manually updated (as was recommended by chat agent).

im put key in sims 3 and is 

"The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit.
What does this mean?"

Please help?
