the sims 3 not launching/wont open

downloaded sims 3 using my code went to launch it and nothing happened. I just see the bar load then EA app closes and opens back up. Talked to customer service and they said their working on the pro...

@NicholeReneex3   Windows 11 In the search enter control panel - Programs and Features - Turn Windows Features on or off. Make sure .Net Framework 3.5 is checked. Should be first item in the new window. The Sims 3 launcher requires .Net Framework to run. If it is not checked click the box. Click ok. Let Windows enable .Net Framework 3.5. Restart computer. Try game.
