The Sims 3: Paradise Island help!

I purchased paradise island through origin and downloaded it like all of my other sims 3 games.

I have pets, night life, seasons, university, worlds, supernatural, town life, generations and master suite.

I clicked to play it, and it loads normal but when i get to the page where you select the town you want to play in, the town names, and the button for the settings that goes on the bottom left side, the words are blank.

I cant do anything but press my start button on my computer and exit out of the game and if i load it again, the same thing happens.

What should I do??
