@holleyswoods Are you on patch 1.69? If you're seeing Pets listed in the launcher but it's not showing up in-game, you might just need to uncheck and recheck the box a couple of times. The launcher is notorious for unchecking those boxes all by itself, or registering them as unchecked even though they're not. I don't have a 1.69 install myself, so I can't tell you where to look in your Program files.
If you're not seeing Pets listed in the launcher, you might need to clear Origin's cache and reboot your computer a few times.

It's also possible that EA blocked your access to the pack. This could be a mistake, or, if you bought the code from an unauthorized third-party seller, the code could have originally been stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained. EA has been deauthorizing packs for over a year now, with no warning to the users who thought their codes were fine. But the only way to know whether this has happened to you is to contact EA customer support and ask someone on that end to look at your account. If you bought directly from Origin, it could just be a glitch with your account, but only EA can tell you if this is the case.
