The Sims 3 Pets Xbox360

Question

Mailbox cant get anything from the mailbox. No options. Pets/people freezing. Missing items from inventory.

The 18th of this month will mark a year the game has been out...so where's some patches guys? Ea sucks. Last game I buy from EA until the Sims 3 pets for 360 is patched.
