The Sims 3 problem

So I'm having an issue with the sims 3 worlds or expansion packs, if you will. I can't seem to get my packs to load up into the game. When I start the game it just goes to show me that I don't have any packs installed, which is really weird since I've got them installed on my EA account. How can I fix this?
