@ChobiKemai Is your computer a pc or mac? Are you trying to redeem the code in Origin or thesims3.cxom?
My computer is a PC. I'm trying to redeem on https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html. Does it make a difference?
@ChobiKemai Try going to thesims3.com - my page - my account/redeem code and see if that works.
