Today, I have purchased the Sims 3 Roaring Heights on the EA app. It had said on my EA account that it was installed with a green checkmark right next to it, but I had checked the Sims 3 Launcher and it did not show up as installed. Please help me!
Okay, thank you for the advice. I had contacted EA help and they had given me a refund for the game. I have told them to get rid of the game from my EA app.
Roaring heights is something that you have to install from the sims 3 website. The ea app doesnt install it for you unfortunately. It has to be purchased from EA App, then installed via the link below:
