The Sims 3 Season - Games continually crashing

Hi After I installed the Seasons my sims game continually crashes.  It doesn't happen when doing the same thing, it could happen in CAS or when my sim is travelling home, or just when they are movin...

I don't know about the graphic chip.  Do you know how I would be able to find out about that?  I think its only the graphic card though.

Ill check for the graphic card driver but im sure that was the most up to date one.

Usually you can right click on the desktop and it says something about switching cards if you have both.

Is it a laptop or a desktop computer ?

    No I don't have that then.lol. 

    Its a Desktop PC.  I had windows Vista and the sims did exactly the same thing.  Its so frustrating.lol.
