I have the latest MAC Pro model and it doesn't make since it keeps crashing. I even tried on my Dell computer and it crashed. Can someone help me please!? How did you guys get it to work on MAC?

I have the same issue too, as do alot of us mac players. I've heard a rumour they are working on a fix.

I have recently purchased The Sims 3 Seasons ,for my MAC computer, and every few minutes, it quits - giving me no time to save my game...I have no idea why it is doing this... Please help...

Is there anything we could do to activate EA to respond to us? I've tried a couple of things already, e-mailing, forums, calling.. Nothing seems to work and I think this is unacceptable. My game isn't working properly for months now, and I want some answers! Finally! And I'm not the only one. It's clear by now that no mods, no packages, no whatever downloads are causing this trouble, it's the game and the EP's as provided by EA and they either should do something about that, or don't claim you can play Sims 3 on your iMac/MacBook as well, since it's not true.. Everytime I open Create-A-Sim my screen freezes and the game dies. I'm annoyed, mad, disappointed, etc.I bought a MacBook last year because I thought it would be the perfect game computer! I still think it is, but it's not working on EA Games.It's truely unacceptable EA you're not responding to us. Can't we collect us all and sue them in some way? Or bring this into attention otherwise? Go to the media? It might sound a little too much, but come on, this radio silence is out of proportion right now. Even admitting something's wrong with the EA/Apple combination would at least be SOMETHING. Everything is better than silence.

Sims 3 also worked perfectly fine for me until I installed season.

I am having the same problem too.... I've been playing about three hours, during which my game crashed twice and froze once. It used to just do this every once in a while.

Same thing is happening to be. I don't get more then 5-10 minutes of gameplay before it crashes. Hardly ever crashed before unless the game was left running in the background for days at a time. I am saving it almost every time I do an action so I'm not having to do the same things 6 and 7 times everytime I go in again. Very frustrating! I checked my mac to see if maybe I didn't have enough memory to run Season, Pets, Ambitions as well, but I'm using just over half my computer's capacity. It's a game issue, not a computer problem.

it worked fine before i got seasons, i have a MAC 27" and the same thing is happening to me, i just got Seasons in the mail today and i installed it and then i have tried playing it over 4 times and 2 times when loading for a new town it froze, and then 2 times it froze in CAS and then it crashed once in CAS, also if i chose a pre made sim it would put it over the current sim it gave me when i first got to CAS. ☹️ ughh.
Also my MAC has enough capacity to, it was an update, or game issue or something!
I would love to play my game, i am so excited but i can't!

Me too! Omg im sooo frustrated! It usually does it when i save! Ive built the same house 4 bloody times!!!!

Been there done that! I had to rebuild my house twice and remake the sims 3 times cause it kept crashing / freezing ☹️
I wish EA would do something, i am hanging on a thread and i won't be hanging much longer, i may just sell my sims games

Same here... i've cheked all my specs and the imac is fine and should run it no problem. except i am constantly having to save so i dont lose progress, and can't play for more than an hour/ 90 minutes at the most.

my game is starting to crash ever since i downloaded sims 3 seasons everytime im on build mode after like 20 minutes or so the game crashes and this is what i get
