So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

i pre-ordered sims 3 seasons. it said i was succussful, the got two emails today with codes for my two free stuff, but my game is still grey in the origin launcher. i called my card and it said i was succussfuly paid seasons. i got an email that i succussful paid but it was different from all the other emails i've gotten. it didn't have the game code. but i have a product number that i brought it.
