I am also having the same issue. I was told on live chat at approximately 4:30 am EST that it was being sent to the "concern team" and I would hear from them within 48 to 72 hours. That doesn't help me a whole lot since I specifically arranged to have today off in order to play this game today.
Yeah. It is frustrating but I guess there's nothing else to do but wait some more.
It's too late to get a refund as per digital license agreement.
No real reason to contact chat and over the phone now I suppose since eaursula is working on it?

Legally, they must give a refund for failing to deliver on what they promised.
If they tried to pull the digital license agreement excuss, they wouldn't have anything to stand on.
