has anyone recieved any help from the company as to what in the hell is going on??!!! i havent seen anything to where they have commented, and i refuse to buy it elsewhere unless i get a refund for what i paid when i preordered in august!

Do we get any free content or SimsStore credit for this inconvenience? Because I got my email 14 hours ago and I still can't download. This is ridiculous. I could have gone to WalMart and been playing already.

I pre-ordered this when I ordered Supernaturals and got a discount on that game because I pre-ordered..... They need to fix this and if so... better do something to compensate us for THEIR issue.. I am not going to sit on hold or have a pointless talk with someone who doesn't have an answer.. I want to have the game I pre-ordered. I have the receipt of order also.. I have the two bonus contents too.... just not my Seasons Game
