The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

Ha ha I posted a message before seeing this post. I'm having the same problem here. It's 1 pm cst and it's still greyed out and saying it's pre ordered. I also got the email with my codes. I hope they fix this soon.
