The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I pre-ordered Sims 3 Seasons back in September.....Woke up nice and early to download it, IM so excited! But inside Origin its saying that it has yet to be released? Whats going on, is today not the day set for release? I've never pre-ordered anything so im kind of nervous

      Yeah, check your bank account.  I got a confirmation e-mail SAYING I was charged, but I was never actually charged.  I would just buy the game now, but they are having Server Errors on Origin and you can't even order it like that now.  I am beyond frustrated.
