The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I preorder by getting discount of the sims 3 supernatural i sent someone that works for ea a message about it but i got no reply getting real annoyed by this i dont want to wait for 10 days ☹️

I just want the game I paid for in August, that conveniently got cancelled on a holiday, which screws me out of getting it today, since the banks are a day behind 😞
