The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I wonder if anyone is having this problem, but I can't seem to register my Sims 3 Seasons game with the Sims 3 store, it's saying that the code is invalid & I JUST DOWNLOADED THE GAME VIA ORIGIN! ☹️

HELP!

    IM having the same problem your not alone wish they would check for bugs before they release the game to paying customers
