The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I thought Visa-debit was the issue but apparently it is the banks.

Call EA and they will fix it for you

I pre-ordered the Sims 3 Seasons from Origin on the 15th November, and it is now the 16th November and it is still claiming the game is unreleased. I'm from the UK and the game is meant to be released today. What's going on? Why can't I download my game now???
