The Sims 3 Seasons Preordered Registration Code

I pre ordered The Sims 3 Seasons in September, I have never received a registration code that was supposed to be sent in the confirmation email or in some later email from origin. On the games release I have tried to download the game and have been prompted to enter a serial registration code, of which I obviously do not have, I emailed the customer support and help section of ea related to origin shortly after the game was released but have yet to receive a reply or solution. Im hoping that someone can give me some advise regarding the issue as I don't see the benefit of pre-ordering a game when it prevents you from being able to access the game after its release date. Just disappointed with the situation!
